Marcus Langley tackled a job that had a couple of surprises very professionally. He determined that an apparent leak in my supply line was actually coming from an irrigation system running underneath my pipes. He got everything fixed up and kept me informed along the way. Work was done the very next day after I called - very responsive. Definitely will call Lantz's again.

DeOur repair man, Lee, was very knowledgeable and intelligent and was able to explain exactly what had happened and how he was going to resolve the issue and he did quickly and efficiently. Not only did he repair faucet but he flushed our 3-year-old new water heater and told us it looked like we had a water softener installed in our home because the water in the water here to look so good. It looks so good because Lance's lakeside plumbing and AC had installed it for us 3 years and sold us a very good water heater because no we don't have a water softener we were glad to learn this news! Ed and Charlie were quick to respond when our AC went down this past week at our vacation rental. Our AC unit was 16 years old and we knew it's life was coming to an end. We had a rental coming in on the weekend and it was Tuesday. Ed jumped into action and we received quotes on several options and they installed it on Thursday! Thank you team Lantz!

Air Conditioner not cooling. Called at 8:00 AM - technician arrived at 9:30 and repair was completed by 10:00

My water softener needed reprogrammed, so Brandon did that, ran tests on the water and ser it up for regeneration, which I didn't even know was a thing ! He, like everyone else from Lantz, was very polite and professional. He even added a few bags of salt for me! Love Lantz Plumbing

We called Lantz to get an estimate on adding a water softener to our water line. Mark came out and gave us an estimate and he also walked around with us and gave us ideas and suggestions about other things we want to do. When we decided to go forward with Lantz, Mark came back, right on time and got right to work. It was a big job and he handled it like a pro. We thought we were going to have to spend another $1500 on our master bath, but he helped us figure out a different solution to that. We would definitely use Mark and Lantz again.

We needed a 25 year old residential sewer grinder pump replaced and they sent us Mark who was so kind and helpful. He was able to come the very next day for an estimate and able to return within 3 days for the repair. And BTW he fixed the control panel the day he did the estimate so we could keep using the pump and credited the cost of that to the grinder pump install. Also, we were not "upsold" for replacing anything that was functioning well, and this saved us a lot of money. As an add on he removed an inconvenient root that had overgrown into the sewer well, an awful, messy, stinky job and did it with such good humor and grace that we were stunned and grateful that we called them first!

I had a leaking pipe in the wall of our bathroom. Lantz's sent Marcus Langley out, who located the leak and made a very complicated repair very efficiently. This was one of those emergencies that I wish could have been fixed immediately, but Lantz's did respond very quickly, kept me informed about the availability of their technician, and charged a very reasonable amount for a good deal of work and plumbing expertise to make the repair to my broken pipe.

Great experience with tech Chris. He was profession, punctual, and expedient. Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing and AC rocks. No reason to call anyone else ever. 5 star service.
